2025 Camp Registration Details

How Do I Register?

PRE-REGISTRATION FOR HYPHEN RETREAT AND YOUTH CAMPS IS NOW A SIMPLE, THREE-STEP PROCESS:

Step 1: Pre-Register with Eventbrite

You’ll first need to pre-register for camp through the Eventbrite website. CLICK HERE TO GO THERE NOW. Put in all of your information, acknowledge and agree to the guidelines, and pay online, and then print off the confirmation you’ll receive in your email for your records.

STEP 2: Re-read the GDYM Youth camp guidelines

In order for you to be able to have your Pastoral Consent Form signed, you MUST be sure you have thoroughly read the camp rules and guidelines. These guidelines can be found HERE.

STEP 3: DOWNLOAD AND PRINT THE PASTORAL CONSENT FORM

In an effort to streamline the registration process both online and in-person upon your arrival at the campgrounds, we’ve limited the forms you need to print and have signed to just the Pastoral Consent Form! Download this form down below (or click here to download the form now). Have your pastor sign the form and BRING THE FORM WITH YOU to Camp.

A SIGNED PASTORAL CONSENT FORM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS AND MUST BE PRESENTED DURING REGISTRATION.

How Do I Register?

REGISTRATION FOR STATEWIDE HAS THE SAME SIMPLE, TWO-STEP PROCESS AS YOUTH CAMPS AND EXTREME:

STEP 1: REGISTER ONLINE WITH EVENTBRITE

You’ll first need to register for either an all-night pass ($20) or a service pass ($10) through the Eventbrite website (COMING SOON). Put in all of your information, acknowledge and agree to the guidelines, pay online, and then save/print the confirmation you’ll receive in your email for your records. Steps 2-3 are for Overnight attendees only!

STEP 2: REVIEW THE CAMP RULES & GUIDELINES

In order for you to be able to have your Pastoral Consent Form signed, you MUST be sure you have thoroughly read the camp rules and guidelines. These guidelines can be found HERE.
